Liikkeelle! is a free and versatile sports event at Joensuu Areena, which invites the whole family to get to know sports and healthy lifestyles in an inspiring and motivating environment.

The event offers sports trials, guided exercise, health information and presentation points with sports clubs and sports operators – the idea is to lower the threshold for starting to do sports and inspire people to move together.

The program includes, among other things, a gym marathon, interesting lectures, health and fitness measurements, and entertaining performances and activities for all ages.
