Before the massage:

• Arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time so you have time to calm down and possibly contact the customer service desk.
• Avoid eating a large meal right before the massage. A light snack is good, but a full stomach can make the massage more uncomfortable.
• Tell the masseuse about any injuries, pain areas, medications or other special health needs.

During the massage:

• The massage often begins with a short discussion about the needs of the massage. The masseuse will also perform a few examinations and tests on the client to support the massage planning and assessment.
• You will be allowed to dress comfortably; The massage can be done either with underwear on, under a towel or completely naked if necessary, always according to your own wishes.
